HAPPY NEW YEARS! by Cristina Palma - Consultant

These are my wishes, for everyone, because I like the long-term perspective of happiness.

Having built my path based on a dream, I have learned a lot about determination, focus, persistence, overcoming, and lately about leadership and entrepreneurship. While these are all extraordinary adjectives, the ones that most appeal to me are courage and ambition. The ambition to always achieve better and the courage not to succumb to difficulties.

After clinical psychology I worked in banking, which I left to study fashion and have my own brand of shoes that, I predicted, would not only be successful but internationally recognized. Drum roll and wrong! It was born but didn't grow and also didn't go international; it went abroad but didn't succeed. If I look I don't think I did anything wrong, but if I analyze I know what I can do again and, for self-help, I came to discover a new world where I love to live and where I can grow personally and financially to keep the dream alive: real estate consulting.

In my world, personal and professional, making others happy moves me and being happy is what drives me. I believe that, among others, it is exactly because of this factor that success has accompanied me. One of the things I like the most is the amazement of the client when he enters his future home, but, for this to happen, there is a previous work that must be thoroughly well developed, and this is where winning teams stand out. Competence and assertiveness are the premises of mine, and respect for the client is the foundation of Amazing. In addition, our multidisciplinarity makes us healthily competitive, and that makes me proud! Working for a brand with values fills me with pride, and then, I put on the shoes I have created, I open the door to someone's future, and I have another happy day.

Let's always dream, surround ourselves with beautiful people, good values, positivism, and success will come to us!
